Good service, good communication by service advisor.

Though they were not able to help me, their competent and professional staff took the edge off a not very good day. They didn't charge me anything for evaluating the problems or for the "loaner" they provided overnight. If only they *did* have the tools and techniques to work on the engine in my diesel VW, I would be a very happy camper right now.

Once again I got the quality service I have come to expect when I bring my vehicle to Yingling's. The front desk folk are courteous and explain the work that was done or needs to be done. The quality of the work done by the shop crew shows in the vehicle still running very well after 16 years and 140,000 miles. Thanks to all!
