Very prompt , honest and friendly service! Pete always calls to update us about our car and the shop does multipoint inspection to make sure the car is safe. We always go to KC to have our vehicles serviced there after our bad experience in Topeka. Never knew this shop exists. Now we know where to bring our other vehicles. 👍

The people were extremely nice and the office area was clean. I gave 4 stars because my appointment was at 9 and I didn't get out of there until just after 10. They do give a punch card where after the 4th oil change you get the 5th free and i had a free coupon and he still punched the 1st hole.

I was completely pressed for time and Pete went above and beyind to bend to the schedule i had, not just that he also could have charged me a few hundred dollars but instead was 100% honest showed me the minor issue fixed it and sent me on my way. All the while i didnt have to change my schedule nnorwas I taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge of automobiles .

I did not get a call when my car was done, I had to call to see if it was done.
