Excellent customer service; best I've found in Topeka. They couldn't find the problem with my car, but two other shops previous to them couldn't, either. The difference here was that they didn't get frustrated, they didn't give up immediately, and they clearly cared about earning my long-term business. It's easy to be pleasant when everything goes well, but this is a situation others have not handled as well as Yingling's. I'm impressed, and I'll be back.
