Called these folks up and J D answered. He was able to get me a rough quote and spot for the next day. Show up, give em a quick run down and took a seat to wait for a while for my ride. These guys had my car in, tinkered on, and finished before my rides Dr appointment was finished. The price was reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. Even my buddy that was with me was impressed and stated he'd bring his car here when it was back on the road. I had a bad morning and really felt frustrated by the miscommunication. However I want to retract my review and say that any other company I've ever left a serious and honest review (especially when I had a bad experience) never did anything to make up for that. However this company actually reached out to me and told me to leave the review as is but they just wanted to make sure to make right by me. I'm very grateful for that this has not been a very good couple months for me. And my attitude could have been better and for that I apologize. So far we are very pleased! JD has been so easy to communicate with and such a huge help. My 18yr old son is dealing with some repair work on a (new to him) used vehicle from a local dealership in Topeka. Although we are having issues with the dealership YingLing’s has been such a help! I rarely write a review.  Yingling's already has a sterling Google review rating.  Despite these two facts, I still felt it was appropriate to give them a review. In short, I generally agree with all of the other 5 -Star reviews.  This is a straight-shooting operation, with high quality workmanship and excellent customer service.  As a student, I can't afford them for everything.  I can say that they are definitely worth every penny they charge because I was given the highest level of repair work in the fastest timeframe I have ever experienced, and they provided me significant extra services for no charge.
