This is my new go to for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Denton always seems to know the answers to my questions and the rest of the staff have always been nice and professional. Great customer service.

The problems with my car were addressed quickly and completely.

Truck broke down on the way back to Wichita from KC. Called my local mechanic and he recommended Yingling's Auto Service. Dropped vehicle off after hours and returned to Wichita. Called the next day for service options. They went out of the way to ensure that I received great service even though I was in Wichita. They kept me well informed of the issue and progress of the repair. We made arrangements to pick up the vehicle after hours. I would definitely take my vehicle to Yingling's again if we lived in Topeka. Very trustworthy automotive repair shop, which is very difficult to find these days. Especially when your from out of town.

Friendly and clean, a great shop in an easy to find location. Great staff very professional while still being personable with excellent knowledge and suggestions as well as an over ridding love of vehicles in general. Sometimes when you stop by there might be a classic car, a race car or even some other cherry ride worthy of a few slow walks around before going into the reception area. The little lounge has a small library to it which features not only local information should you be an out of town visitor but also hidden gems for residents. I recommend stopping in for an oil change or giving them a call if your wheels need a mechanic.

The service representative, Denton, worked with me to arrange the repair priorities on my 1969 Camaro Z28. After the car was stored for 25 years, it needed some major repairs. He helped me plan the major repairs. I still have some additional repairs and will take it to Yinglings for the work.

Really appreciated how quickly my car was fixed. I also was extremely grateful that the cost was about $100.00 cheaper because there were things on the car that did not need to be done afterall. I was thankful that they were honest and did not overcharge me. All the staff at the front end are friendly and helpful. They are extremely organized and know their stuff. If I ever have any more car issues, they are who I will bring my car to for sure.

As you know that I just had a free oil change while I was there. However...the time you took to check out the vehicle,(other areas) I would like to let others know that your observation and honest comments about what you did or could not get done due to Dealers requirements should not go with out comment. The observation of what you found on the vehicle, reference the PAX tires was without a doubt a live saver. Thank you for taking the time and effort to point out the problem and directing us back to the dealer for help. As of this time they do not know what to do or what caused the problem...well let you know when I do. Thanks again, Bill & Dee
